We’re on the hunt for an Administration Coordinator!
Based in Sydney (remote not an option), this is an entry-level role designed for someone who’s keen to learn, grow, and get hands-on experience across all parts of admin and operations. You’ll be right in the mix from day one, supporting the team with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, helping keep systems organised, processes flowing, and communications on point. This will be a role for someone who enjoys being thrown in the deep end, asking questions, and learning as you go.
You’ll work closely with a fast-moving, collaborative team, juggle multiple priorities, and quickly become a reliable go-to for getting things done. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to build real-world experience in a growing business.
This is a full-time contract role from March to early August 2026, with the opportunity to extend. Standard hours are 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday-Friday in office (Alexandria), with additional availability required during Your Shot Sydney key dates.
