Vendor Information
Booths: Vendor will be provided with a 10' x 10' space with a 6 ft table and 2 chairs. More tables or chairs are available on request. Electricity is available but please bring an extention cord if needed.
Set up and take down: Set up is available 1 pm - 5 pm on March 6. Additionally the venue will be open at 8 am on March 7. Please do not take down your booth until after 3 pm.
Vendor fee: Booths are $25. Payment is due by March 2. Payment can be made via cash or check mailed to PO Box 7, Stamford, TX 79553. For credit card comments, please contact the Penick Hughes for information.
Other information: Hotels are available in Abilene, TX (~35 minutes away). For recommendations please contact us.

Rules and Other Information
Penick Hughes and it's management are not responsible for lost or stolen items. All doors to the venue will be locked overnight.
Booths must be neat and clean at all times. No visible litter is allowed. All booths must be staffed and open during the hours of the show.
Vendor agreets to comply with all local, city and state laws, ordinances and regulations. All exhibit equipment and materials will be reasonably located within the booth and protected by safety guards and devices where necesary. The vendor will take necessary fire precautions.
If Penick Hughes should be prevented from holding the exhibition or if it cannot permit the vendor to occupy booths due to circumstances beyond its control, Penick Hughes will refud to the vendor the amount of rental paid by him/her and shall have no further obligations or liability to the vendor.
The vendor is responsible for any laibility arising out of its participation in the show, including product liability, accident or injury, and hereby agrees to indemnify Penick Hughes for and hold Penick Hughes harmless from the same.
Merchandise may be sold in booths. Vendors shall be responsible for collecting applicable sales tax.
Subcontracting of booth space by a vendor is expressly prohibited without approval of Penick Hughes.
