August 29th (IDS schooling show) & August 30th (Working Equitation Schooling SHow) at Alliance Equestrian Center, 2400 N CR 725 W, Yorktown, IN 47396
This form can be used for our August 29th IDS approved schooling show AND our August 30th Working Equitation Show. You can enter ONE or BOTH shows!

Forms submitted through Jotform will be paid for using PayPal or Venmo (details at the bottom, 4% fee for using PayPal). If you wish to submit entries paying with a check, please print and mail forms with check. Printable forms can be found at allianceequestriancenter.com/forms

You must fill out a form for each horse and rider combo, no combined forms.

Attire: ASTM helmets are required at all times when mounted. Formal show attire is NOT required. Breeches and paddock boots or tall boots for English, jeans and cowboy boots for western.

Arena: Intro will be ridden in a 20X40 meters arena. Basic & Training will depend on the number of entries. 1st and above will be in an 20X60 arena.
