Young Enterprise Scheme Spark Tank brings together secondary school students from across Hawke’s Bay who are developing innovative business ideas and keen to test their thinking with people from the community.
As a Speed Coach, you’ll take part in a fast-paced session, where your key role will be to listen to students’ ideas, share insights from your own experience. These short conversations make a huge difference, helping students refine their ideas and gain clarity on their next steps.
One speed coach will meet with one YES business group for a few minutes and then rotate around the groups for up to 10 rounds.
You don’t need to be a business expert to be involved. Speed Coaches range from CEOs to customers, and everything in between. If you’re curious, supportive, and happy to share your perspective, you’ll be a great fit.
At 9:45am - there will be a brief for all speedcoaches to run through the session outline.
