TICKET ELIGIBILITY, VERIFICATION & ADMISSION TERMS

By submitting this form, receiving approval, and/or redeeming any restricted, discounted, or complimentary ticket to The People’s Guild (TPG) Convention, you affirm, certify, and agree to the following terms:

1. Certification of Accuracy
You certify that all information submitted—including name, affiliation, status, and supporting documentation—is true, accurate, current, and complete. Submission of false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information constitutes misrepresentation.

2. Restricted Ticket Eligibility
Certain ticket categories are restricted and available only to individuals who meet specific eligibility requirements, including but not limited to students, military personnel, veterans, media, political candidates, campaign staff, credentialed professionals, or invited guests. Eligibility must be verifiable.

3. Verification Requirement
Eligibility may be verified at any time before or during the event. Verification may include, but is not limited to, review of submitted materials and in-person presentation of valid government-issued or institutional identification.

4. Identity Matching
Admission requires that the name on the ticket exactly match the name on the presented identification. Failure to present matching identification will result in denial of entry.

5. Non-Transferability
Restricted, discounted, and complimentary tickets are strictly non-transferable. Tickets may not be sold, shared, reassigned, gifted, or used by any individual other than the approved registrant.

6. Admission as a Condition Precedent
Approval, registration, possession of a ticket, or receipt of a confirmation email does not guarantee admission. Admission is expressly conditioned upon successful verification of eligibility at check-in.

7. Denial or Revocation of Admission
The People’s Guild reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny or revoke admission at any time for failure to meet eligibility or verification requirements. Denial or revocation of admission will occur without refund, substitution, or compensation.

8. Misrepresentation & Abuse
Any attempt to obtain restricted access through misrepresentation, circumvention of eligibility requirements, misuse of codes, or abuse of verification processes may result in:

Immediate invalidation of the ticket
Removal from the event
Denial of access to future TPG events
Additional actions permitted under applicable law
9. No Exceptions Policy
No exceptions will be made at the door, including but not limited to claims of mistake, urgency, travel hardship, or misunderstanding of eligibility requirements.

10. Data Use & Privacy
Information submitted is collected solely for eligibility verification, credentialing, and event administration. Documents may be reviewed by authorized personnel and will not be sold or shared with third parties outside event operations, except as required by law.

11. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By submitting this form, redeeming a ticket, or attempting entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
