LLINKK Surfaces reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Trade Program at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Trade Program is subject to approval, and LLINKK Surfaces reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke Trade Program membership at its sole discretion. Commission eligibility applies only to purchases made after the applicant has submitted the Trade Program application and received written approval from LLINKK Surfaces. Purchases made prior to approval are not eligible for commission. All Trade Program members must maintain a valid and current business tax identification number. It is the responsibility of the Trade Program member to provide accurate business information and to notify LLINKK Surfaces of any changes to tax identification numbers or related business documentation. All orders are subject to LLINKK Surfaces’ standard policies, terms, conditions, and warranties related to fabrication, installation, materials, and services.
Commission Structure
3% commission on qualifying sales up to $10,000, 5% commission on qualifying sales over $10,000, and commission payments will be issued only after the client’s invoice has been paid in full.
Commission Payouts
Commissions are calculated based on completed and installed projects and will be paid only after the client’s invoice has been paid in full. Commission payments will be issued during the second week of the month following receipt of full payment from the client. Commissions do not apply to: taxes, delivery fees, fabrication add-ons, removal or disposal services, special-order materials or discounted materials. If a project is canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason, the corresponding commission amount will be adjusted or deducted from the commission payout. Commission payments are subject to LLINKK Surfaces’ internal payout schedule and verification process.
