Rules & Regulations
Your kind consideration and cooperation will be appreciated for your assistance as parents/ guardians to ensure that the following rules & regulations are observed.
1. In case of withdrawal you need to give 4 weeks notice, during the term. TC will be issued only after clearing pending payments.
2. The information furnished in this application form is true and correct to the best of our knowledge.
3. We shall abide by the school's rules & regulations in force now or introduced in future.
4. We undertake to meet all financial responsibilities in time regarding the study of our child in the school.
5. We have not hidden or wrongly interpreted any information in this Admission Form.
6. We have understood the fee structure of the school and payment schedule. We have no objection with it.
7. We are aware that all kinds of fees, once paid, are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
8. In all matters of dispute the decision of Management of SSGS will be final and binding on us.
9. In case of gross violation of school rules, I shall withdraw my ward from the school, if the management so desires.
10. Fees paid in two parts 1^st in before 10^th April & 2^nd before 10^th October. Fees will pay by Cash /NEFT/Cheque
11. In case of dishonor of Cheque or delay in payments or stop payments a penalty of ₹450/- will be charges per transaction as Bank Charges.

By signing below I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by SSGS of any and all photographs and / or video that have been taken of the above registrant, a minor child in my custody as parent or guardian, for any purpose, without compensation to me, the child or assignees. All images and digital files are owned by SSGS, who reserves the right to use these photographs and/or video for online publication, distribution to families attending SSGS, and display at SSGS events such as graduation. I understand any photos provided to me by SSGS are for my personal use and display only. Reproduction or publication for commercial purposes in any form is strictly prohibited.
