By checking this box, I knowingly and voluntarily grant SJBA, LLC, Sheila Ray Montgomery, and the podcast Measured Differently (collectively, the “Producers”) the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to record, use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit my voice, image, likeness, name, and statements, whether audio, video, written, or transcribed (the “Materials”).
I understand and agree that:
The Materials may be edited, altered, or combined with other content at the Producers’ sole discretion.
The Materials may be used in any medium or format, now known or later developed, including but not limited to podcasts, video, written works, websites, social media, marketing, promotional, and derivative materials.
I will receive no compensation and waive any right to inspect or approve the final Materials.
I release and hold harmless the Producers from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of the Materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or misappropriation.
I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that this consent is binding upon me and my heirs, assigns, and representatives.
I have read, understand, and agree to this consent and release.
