By checking this box, I knowingly and voluntarily grant SJBA, LLC, Sheila Ray Montgomery, and the podcast Measured Differently (collectively, the “Producers”) the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to record, use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute my voice, name, and statements captured during audio recording sessions (the “Materials”).
I understand and agree that:The Materials will be used as a basis for written works, including but not limited to books, manuscripts, and other literary publications.
The Materials are limited to audio recordings and their transcriptions; this consent does not grant rights to my visual image or video likeness.
The Materials may be edited, altered, or adapted into written text at the Producers’ sole discretion.The Materials may be used in any medium or format.
I will receive no compensation and waive any right to inspect or approve the final written Materials.
I release and hold harmless the Producers from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of the Materials in these publications.I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that this consent is binding upon me and my heirs, assigns, and representatives.I have read, understand, and agree to this audio-to-book consent and release.
