GUEST ACKNOWLEDGMENT, EVENT STANDARDS,
LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT

This Guest Acknowledgment, Event Standards, Liability Waiver & Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned individual (“Guest” or “Participant”) and Wicked Fun, a private adults-only lifestyle organization and a Cardam Homes, LLC entity, including its owners, officers, managers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Wicked Fun”).

By registering for, entering, or attending any Wicked Fun event, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by all terms of this Agreement.

1. Welcome & Purpose

Wicked Fun is a private, adults-only lifestyle organization founded on consent, respect, discretion, safety, and personal responsibility. Wicked Fun’s purpose is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free environment where like-minded adults may socialize, connect, and explore responsibly.

The rules and standards set forth in this Agreement exist not to limit enjoyment, but to protect the safety, privacy, integrity, and continuity of the Wicked Fun community.

2. Event-Only Guest Status (Not a Membership Event)

This event is not a membership event.

The Guest expressly understands and agrees that:

• Attendance is granted only as a guest for this specific event
• Attendance does not require membership
• Attendance does not create, imply, or confer membership
• Entry is limited to the specific date, time, and location of the event
• Admission to one event does not guarantee future access
• Entry is a revocable, event-specific license, not a right
• Wicked Fun may revoke entry at any time and for any reason, with or without explanation

Wicked Fun hosts events exclusively at temporary or rented venues, including but not limited to hotels, rented halls, and private event spaces.

3. Eligibility, Age & Identity Verification

To attend a Wicked Fun event, the Guest must:

• Be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
• Be attending as a couple, single woman, or single man
• Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID
• Use their real legal name
• Ensure the name used for registration and entry matches the government issued ID

Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.

4. Community Standards & Behavior Expectations

Wicked Fun is built on mutual respect and accountability. Guests are expected to:

• Treat others with courtesy, kindness, and respect
• Respect boundaries, relationships, and personal limits
• Follow staff instructions promptly and respectfully
• Maintain a calm, drama-free environment
• Avoid arguments, aggressive behavior, harassment, or intimidation

These expectations apply inside the venue and in all surrounding areas, including parking lots and entrances. Violations may result in immediate removal and permanent exclusion from future events.

5. Consent & Boundaries (Zero-Tolerance Rule)

Consent is mandatory, ongoing, and non-negotiable.

• Clear, affirmative consent must be obtained before any physical contact
• No means no
• Silence, hesitation, or uncertainty means no
• Only an enthusiastic yes means yes
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time
• Prolonged observation or voyeurism without consent is prohibited

Guests are encouraged to notify staff immediately if they feel uncomfortable or observe violations. Any breach of consent rules may result in immediate removal and permanent exclusion.

6. Privacy, Discretion & Recording Policy

What happens at Wicked Fun stays at Wicked Fun.

• The identity and privacy of all guests, staff, and volunteers must be protected
• Disclosure of any guest’s identity without written consent is prohibited
• No photography, video, or audio recording is permitted
• Cell phone use inside event spaces is prohibited unless explicitly authorized

Any attempt to record or compromise privacy results in immediate removal
Unauthorized recordings are deemed works made for hire owned by Wicked Fun. Violations may result in injunctive relief, liquidated damages of $100,000 per violation, and recovery of legal fees, as permitted by law.

7. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

The Guest acknowledges that participation in adult social and lifestyle events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury
• Illness or exposure to communicable diseases
• Emotional distress
• Property damage
• Negligent or reckless conduct of other participants

Wicked Fun:

• Does not provide medical advice or medical services
• Does not monitor or guarantee sexual health safety
• Does not assume responsibility for personal risk

Unprotected anal or vaginal sex is prohibited, except between fluid-bonded partners.

Unprotected oral sex is discouraged.

By attending, the Guest voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, and agrees to hold Wicked Fun harmless.

8. Adult Content & Personal Responsibility Acknowledgment

The Guest acknowledges that Wicked Fun events may involve adult-oriented environments, attire, conversations, and consensual sexual activity between adults.

Participation in any activity is voluntary, and the Guest is solely responsible for their choices, conduct, and personal limits.

9. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Prostitution or sex trafficking
• Harassment, coercion, or predatory behavior
• Weapons of any kind
• Excessive intoxication
• Recording or surveillance devices

Violations may result in immediate removal, permanent exclusion, and referral to law enforcement.

10. Event Rules & Venue Etiquette

To preserve the environment:

• Couples must arrive and depart together
• Play areas are for active participants only
• Noise levels must remain respectful
• Venue property must be respected
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited
• All local laws and venue rules must be followed

Furniture & Cleanliness Policy

• Intentional squirting is prohibited
• Guests prone to squirting must use a waterproof towel or blanket
• Guests are financially responsible for any property damage

11. Alcohol Policy

Wicked Fun does not sell alcohol.

• Guests may bring limited alcohol where legally permitted
• Over-intoxication is prohibited
• Intoxicated guests may be denied entry or removed
• Guests are solely responsible for legal compliance and transportation

12. Fees, Entry & Refund Policy

• Event fees or donations may be required
• All fees are non-refundable
• Entry is non-transferable
• Removal for any reason does not entitle the Guest to a refund
• Pre-paid fees or donations are non-refundable if you are a "No Show".

13. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guest releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to sue Wicked Fun for any claims arising from attendance or participation, including claims based on negligence.

14. Indemnification

The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wicked Fun from all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Guest’s actions or participation.

15. Medical Consent

The Guest authorizes Wicked Fun to obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary and accepts responsibility for all resulting costs.

16. Email & Privacy Assurance

Any email address provided will be used solely for event-related communication. Wicked Fun and Cardam Legal, LLC will not sell or share personal data without written consent.

17. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Superior Court of Connecticut, County of Middlesex.

18. Severability & Survival

If any provision is found unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in full force. All obligations survive departure from the event.

19. Event Address Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Obligation

You acknowledge that the event address and all location-related information provided to you are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, publish, forward, or otherwise reveal the event location to any third party, directly or indirectly, in any form. Any unauthorized disclosure may result in immediate revocation of entry, permanent exclusion from future events, and any other remedies available at law or in equity.

20. Final Acknowledgment

By attending, the Guest affirms that:

• They have read and fully understand this Agreement
• They voluntarily assume all personal risk
• They agree to uphold consent, discretion, and respect
• They understand this is not a membership event
• Attendance grants no membership rights
