2026 Leadership Institute Application

(March 25 - June 3 which includes 6 classes plus NAR’s online course Real Estate Association Leadership, and attend a FREC meeting in-person on March 25 at 8:30 a.m.)
Through the Leadership Institute program, participants will acquire expertise in:
- Enhancing communication skills
- Cultivating leadership abilities
- Developing new professional relationships with peers
- Gaining insights from industry professionals and leaders
- Parliamentary Procedures
- Government Relations
- Economic Update
- Diversity and more....
Please note that in order to qualify to participate in the 2026 Leadership Institute, you must complete this application and pay the registration fee of $130. The fee will be collected following the submission of your application.

(Lunch will be provided) Welcome Orientation Luncheon, State of ORRA with Cliff Long, CEO, Susan Plasencia, Orlando Regional Realtor Foundation (ORRF), Stephanie White, Sr Vice President of Innovation, Orlando Regional Real Estate Network (ORREN) and Mary Kay Brickey, VP of Innovation, Florida Association Management (FAM) and Parliamentary Procedures and more.

April 29, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Florida Realtors® Day, Brad O'Connor, Economic Update, Spokesperson workshop and tips, and the promotion of Spokesperson Training, and more.

May 6, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Leadership Lane, Government Affairs and RPAC Information, Updates from 2026 Great American Realtor Days (GARD) in January, and more.

May 20, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Professional Standards and a mock trial, Financial and Budget training by Mohamed Abdelrahman, Controller, Committee process and deadlines for 2027 committee service and more.

June 3, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Graduation day, hear from a panel of leadership experts, and their journey, and more. Celebrate your accomplishment with a certificate presentation and lunch.
