This Marketing Addendum to your Sales Compensation Plan and Agreement is effective as of today (the “Effective Date”).

The purpose of this Addendum is to amend certain terms or conditions of your Agreement. Each such amendment is described below. All other terms and conditions of your Agreement will remain the same.

You and the Company agree as follows:

1. YOUR MARKETING SELECTION
On a quarterly basis you will be able to elect which form of Marketing services you would like to receive. There are fees associated with using the Marketing set forth in this Addendum that will be your sole and exclusive obligation. Such current monthly fees are set forth below but are subject to change from time to time. By enrolling in these Marketing services you hereby expressly agree and authorize the Company to deduct the then-applicable Marketing fees from your Marketing Allowance, or your other compensation on the 15th of each month until you elect to terminate your enrollment in the Marketing services in the manner described below. 

2. OPTING OUT OF MARKETING SERVICES
After your first full quarter of enrollment, you will continue to participate in and be obligated to pay for the marketing services that you have selected on a quarterly basis until you update your elections and notify the Company that you wish to terminate your enrollment in the selected marketing services. You must opt out of your current elected services at least thirty (30) days in advance of your next quarterly payment date or you will be charged the applicable fees for the next quarter. You can update your selected services through the Marketing Subscription Form

3. REMOVAL FROM MARKETING SERVICES
You understand and hereby expressly agree that the Company may remove you from participating in the selected marketing services for any reason, including but not limited to:
i. NPS and Customer Satisfaction Levels fall below management standards;
ii. Failure to complete any applicable training;
iii. Failure to abide to Company and Marketing policies

4. SCOPE OF ADDENDUM
All of the terms and conditions of the original Agreement, including any and all subsequent amendments, shall be in full force and effect unless amended and modified by this Addendum. This Addendum shall supersede and replace the terms of the Agreement, and any and all subsequent amendments, only to the extent specifically contemplated and so amended hereby.
