I wish to exhibit at the Monongalia County Fair in the open show with the following animals.
I have read and understand, and in consideration for being permitted to exhibit at this event, agree and consent to abide by the rules of competition, including Monongalia County Fair General Rule and Regulations and the IAFE (International Association of Fairs and Expositions) National Code of Show Ring Ethics as stated in the premium list of this event.
1. I will follow all health requirements and produce applicable forms upon request.
2. Animals will not be permitted to leave the Monongalia County Fair until after all events on Sunday.
Owners not complying with the above rules will be asked to remove their animals. The Monongalia County Fair Board will have final ruling.
