  • Important Details:

    • Events will not be approved without complete information including, but not limited to, date, time, location, and staff requests.
    • Event approval requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the event date.
    • Content and topics will be reviewed by the Rabbi and CST Board President and the entirety of this form will be reviewed by the CST Board President, Rabbi, and Executive Director for approval. We commit to responding to requests within 5 business days unless otherwise communicated.
    • No marketing, communication, or publication will happen until an event is reviewed and approved.
  • I understand that:

    • I am responsible for providing complete information on this event and the approval process will not begin until the office has received all information.
    • I must submit this request 4 or more weeks in advance (unless otherwise approved by the office).
    • This event may not be marketed/publicized until I receive event approval.
    • The CST President, Rabbi, and Executive Director have final say on event approvals.
