This Addendum supplements the Service Membership Terms and Conditions.
Included Benefits:
- Labor Rate billed at reduced rate of $30.00 per hour
- 20% discount on all Service Calls w/ 1 Free per year
- 10% discount on Parts
- Phone and Video Troubleshooting
- Annual Mobile Safety Inspection
- Priority Scheduling
Usage Limits and Conditions:
- Services must be scheduled during normal business hours
- Extended phone or video troubleshooting beyond thirty (30) minutes will be scheduled as a service appointment and applicable service call fees.
- The plan includes one (1) free service call. Unused service calls do not roll over.
- Annual inspections are not available until the membership has been active for six (6) months, if billed monthly, and must be booked as a scheduled appointment.
Exclusions:
- Parts, materials, fluids, and third-party services
- All black and gray tank services are excluded from this plan. Any black or gray tank work requested or required will be billed at our standard, full service rate.
- Emergency or after-hours service unless approved in advance
- Major component replacement or structural repairs
Billing:
- Membership Free: $79.00 billed monthly or $799.00 billed annually.
- Applicable mobile service fees and payment processing fees apply
By enrolling in a membership plan, the customer authorizes Travelers RV Service LLC to charge teh payment method on file monthly or annually, as selected at enrollment, at the rate specified in the applicable Plan Addendum.
This authorization will remain in effect for the duration of the membership term unless the membership is cancelled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
