Sponsors of the New York FFA at $1,000 or higher are provided with a complimentary 10' x 10' booth at the NYS FFA Convention Expo.

All booths will include a table, chairs, and pipe and drape.

If you are interested in displaying large machinery or are looking for a larger booth size than 10' x 20', please contact Todd Lighthall (tlighthall@oswegatchie.org or 315-346-1222) prior to completing your registration. Given the contraints of the Buffalo Convention Center, some large displays may not be feasible for the 2026 State Convention.

How many name badges will you need?*
We are looking for how many badges to be printed with your company's name. Each person in the expo will need to wear a badge while present in the convention center, but badges can be transferred between staff members on different days. To provide flexibility for our expo vendors, meal tickets are a separate add-on for each individual who attends the 101st NYS FFA Convention. The price is $28 per ticket. If you do not wish to purchase meal tickets for your staff, please select zero for the following three questions.
