Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Bourne Free, we could not hold our events without your valuable support! Please fill out the form below to register as a volunteer and we will contact you in due course to confirm you acceptance. We like to see our volunteers get involved with other events throughout the year such as our Dog Show and these events will be posted in the Volunteers' Whatsapp group.

Do you have any special dietary requirements? (Volunteers will have access to water throughout the day. During set up days, sandwiches will be provided (happy for you to bring your own food should you wish) and on the full festival day, a voucher will be provided to use as a small thank you if you volunteer all day).
Behaviour and Commitment
We appreciate that sometimes circumstances can change but we would ask that if you have volunteered for an event, if you subsequently find that you cannot attend you inform us prior to the actual day itself.

You will be expected to

a) comply with all Health and Safety requirements whilst on site

b) maintain confidentiality of any information obtained regarding Trustees and other volunteers

c) treat everyone with respect, dignity and kindness ensuring that your actions maintain a safe and welcoming environmental for all

d) act as a positive representative of Bourne Free and do nothing that would bring the charity into disrepute (this includes posting things on social media)

e) not undertake any volunteering whilst under the influence of any substances

Finally, as a thank you to all our volunteers for your hard work, we will be hosting a volunteer thank you party shortly after Pride, details of which will be posted in due course.
