PHOTO RELEASE
I, {nameparentguardian}, hereby grant permission for my minor child, {namechild},  to be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded in any media format by Canadian Parents for French Manitoba during Camp Soleil. I understand that these photographs, videos, and/or recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, websites, brochures, and presentations related to the organization of Canadian Parents for French Manitoba. I also understand that Canadian Parents for French Manitoba may choose to distribute these materials to the public and third-party organizations for the purpose of promoting other related activities.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Canadian Parents for French Manitoba, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I or my child may have by reason of this authorization or the use of said photographs, videos, and/or recordings.
I certify that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child registered via this registration form, and that I have the authority to grant permission for the use of their likeness as described herein.

I further state that {namechild} and {namechild65} are in proper physical condition to participate in this program and am aware that participation could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury.
