I will inspect and give a final estimate after I have reviewed submitted shirts. The price includes cotton sashing and backing, woven fusible stabilizer, 80/20 batting, professional longarm quilting and machine binding. Additional fees may apply if I need to construct a block or add fabric to a v-neck.

Approximately when you do need this quilt completed?

Turn around times are usually 6-8 weeks. Graduation and Holidays can be longer, as well as other factors if fabric shipments get delayed, etc. Everything will be communicated via text.

What digital pantograph do you want? If you are not sure, you can also describe something that you like and I can send you options.

Please add any other comments and if you have a order or layout preference, please submit a photo or sketch via email or with you shirts. Even if we have verbally discussed, please make a note of it.

$100 nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking. I will send an invoice via Quickbooks after I review your submission Final payment minus deposit will be invoiced via Quickbooks. Full payment is required before quilt is shipped or picked up.

Once the deposit is received, you will get an email with my address and instructions on how to prepare the shirts. And for drop off/mail in.

Once I have both the deposit and your items, you will be added to my queue.

I will communicate with you via text when I receive the shirts, when your quilt is getting started and all of the steps along the way unless you indicate otherwise.

Turn around time is 6-8 weeks - longer for peak Graduation and Christmas season.

I reserve the right to post pictures on my Instagram and Facebook feed as advertisement of my work.

Any quilt not picked up/paid for within 60 days of completion will be considered my property.

For return shipping, tracking number will be provided. Once your item is in possession of the USPS, I am no longer responsible for it. If you would like more than the standard insurance, let me know so your final invoice reflects the proper amount.
