                • I release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, partners, vendors, entertainers, volunteers, the City of Pensacola, Seville Square, and all affiliated parties from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation in this event, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

                • Vendors and Entertainers

                • Vendors and entertainers are responsible for their own equipment, products, staff, insurance, permits, licenses, food safety compliance, and conduct. The event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or unsold items.

                • Indemnification

                • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation.

                • Event Changes and Cancellations

                • I understand that the event will proceed rain or shine. The organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel any part of the event due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for changes or cancellations.

                • Media Release

                • I grant permission for my image, likeness, voice, and appearance to be used in promotional materials, social media, advertising, and marketing without compensation.

                • All Sales Are Final

                • I understand and agree that all sales are final. This includes tickets, vendor fees, sponsorships, contest entry fees, merchandise, and any add-on experiences. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including weather, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction, or event changes.
