• Lamb Cut Order Form

    This form can be used to place your lamb orders. Each lamb order is custom-butchered and packaged to order at our USDA approved facility. On the pick up day, the customer is responsible for collecting the order from Sailers Food Market and Meat Processing.

  • Lamb Chops

    For each option, you'll be offered the most chops possible. These cuts will be added to your ground lamb, if you do not want any.
  • Leg of Lamb

    For each selection, you'll be given the maximum number of roasts and/or steaks. These cuts will be added to your ground lamb if you do not want any.
  • Lamb Shoulder

    If you do not want all of your steaks and roasts, those cuts will be mixed in with your ground lamb.
