Please submit your pre-recorded presentation (if virtual) and/or presentation slides here no later than Monday, March 9, 2026.
If you are presenting more than once, please submit each slide deck separately.
With your permission, we will post a secure PDF of your slides to the virtual conference platform prior to the start of the conference.
Presentation Format
Slides must be submitted as a PowerPoint (widescreen 16:9 format) file.
Oral Abstracts: Please name your file based on your Session ID number and the presenter surname (i.e. A1-01_Jarvis).
Invited Speakers: Please name your file based on the day you are speaking and the presenter surname (i.e. Monday_Jarvis).
The AV team on-site will launch your slides or recording (if virtual) at the time of your scheduled presentation. If you make any changes to your slides, please submit the final version no later than 48 hours prior to your session.
