1. Nature of Services
By booking a ritual, diagnostic, spell or reading with Medusa Infernal you acknowledge that you are commissioning a spiritual service rooted in the Left-Hand Path and Infernal Demonolatry. These services are based on 20+ years occult exp. & 6 years of professional experience and traditional occult practices within Luciferian Demonolatry.
2. No Guarantee of Outcome
Spiritual work is an influence on reality, not a replacement for it. Due to the nature of free will and external universal factors, no specific outcome or "result" can be 100% guaranteed. You are paying for the practitioner’s time, expertise, ritual labor, and offerings provided to the Infernal Demon Court if requesting an infernal demon pact. You may see signs of results working or manifesting within 24hrs up to 2 months, in rare cases a working can take up to a year. If you don't see results within this window then your manifestion could be delayed, blocked or still in progress. Free redo is allowed for one time use only. Do not try to force an outcome, you must accept what fate has for you.
3. No Refunds
Once the ritual, spell , reading preparation has begun or the diagnostic has been delivered, all sales are final. Energetic exchanges cannot be reversed. By proceeding with payment, you waive the right to any refund or chargeback.

5. Turnaround & Communication
All operations follow a weekend-heavy cycle (Friday–Sunday) to ensure maximum focus. Constant messaging or harassment regarding "updates" will result in the immediate termination of the working without a refund.
6. Ethical Agreement
By purchasing, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and that you enter this agreement of your own free will. You acknowledge that these services & Infernal work is potent and requires the client to remain grounded and committed to the process.
