Yoga Class Liability, Property & Hold Harmless Waiver Eagle Creek Sailing Club
I understand that participation in yoga classes involves physical activity and that classes take place on the property of Eagle Creek Sailing Club. I acknowledge that participation may involve risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, accidents, or loss, theft, or damage to personal property.I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation and presence on the property of Eagle Creek Sailing Club.I affirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body and to modify or stop any activity as needed. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Eagle Creek Sailing Club, its officers, employees, volunteers, members, and the yoga instructor from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in the yoga class or my presence on the property, including anything that may happen on the property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, illness, property loss or damage, or any other loss occurring on the premises of Eagle Creek Sailing Club. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
