Wild Women NEPA Festival is PA’s largest outdoor gathering for women of all ages focused on feminine health, wellness, nature, and community. Now in its fourth year, this groundbreaking event brings together hundreds of local businesses, nonprofits, healers, professionals and creatives whose offerings support women’s physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and overall well-being.

Please complete this application in full and provide as much detail as possible. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or accepted. Submitted vendor information may be used on the Wild Women NEPA website and in event marketing and promotional materials.

Location: Lazybrook Park - 2 Lazybrook Road, Tunkhannock, PA 18657

Vendor Fee Pricing
- $100 – (1) 10x10 space without electricity
- $125 – (1) 10x10 space with electricity
- $125 - (1) 20x20 food concession space
- FREE – Approved nonprofit organizations
Each vendor space includes:
- Two (2) complimentary general admission tickets (a $100 value)
- Access to additional admission tickets at a discounted rate.
Application & Acceptance
- Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance to the event.
- Vendors will be reviewed, approved and announced 14 days after application submission. Applications will be accepted until all vendor spots are filled.
- Wild Women NEPA will contact you directly via email to confirm your approval and addition to the festival.
- Vendor payment must be received within 7 days from approval to secure acceptance.
- Proof of insurance may be required, if applicable for certain vendor types.
A limited number of vendors will be selected to participate in this year’s festival allowing for good product variety and maximized vendor profitability. Festival organizers reserve the right to deny requests due to limited availability.

Beware of scammers and anyone impersonating Wild Women NEPA on social media.

Vendor Agreement

Please thoroughly read the following terms and conditions including our cancellation policy before signing below.
Vendor Services - If selected, I agree to perform services under this Agreement primarily as a merchandise, food, services or information vendor at Wild Women NEPA Festival on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm at LazyBrook Park in Tunkhannock, PA 18657. I agree to pay the vendor fee as outlined above within 7 days of acceptance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I understand that failure to remit payment in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of vendor space.*

Vendor Responsibilities - Vendor setup will take place on the day of the event starting at 7:00 am and must be completed by 9:30 am. Vendors agree to stay for the entire duration of the event and will not start to tear down until 6:00 pm. Vendors are responsible for providing all tents, tables, displays, extension cords, chairs and payment system during the event. All tents must be weighted down. There is no Wi-Fi at the event location and generators are not permitted. Vendors are responsible for removing all unsold merchandise and disposing of garbage after the event. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Pennsylvania sales tax on all applicable items.*

Cancellation & Refund Policy - I understand that the event is held rain or shine and that all vendor fees and ticket sales are final and non-refundable.*

Festival Behavior - I understand that weapons and glass containers are not permitted on event grounds. I agree to not partake in any illegal substances and will refrain from the use of alcohol during the event.*

Promotion - If selected as a vendor, I agree to help promote the Wild Women NEPA Festival in stores, social media, and through word of mouth.*

Photography & Videography Release - I acknowledge that during the event I may be photographed or videotaped. I consent to having my photo and/or video taken and agree to allow Wild Women NEPA Festival and its owners, promoters and affiliates to use the same for promotional purposes, without restrictions, and for any purpose.*

Indemnification & Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Event Organizer (The Ski Shack Enterprises Inc.) and its officers, employees, owners, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event or performance under this Agreement, including any acts, errors, omissions, negligence, or intentional conduct by me or my employees, agents, volunteers, or representatives. I further agree that the Event Organizer (The Ski Shack Enterprises Inc.) is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products, materials, or supplies during the event.*

Force Majeure Clause - I understand that if an event occurs that is outside of human control and is unpredictable and unpreventable, such as a natural disaster (floods, storms, earthquakes, etc) or a wide spread virus that appears as a threat, or a pandemic, or other acts that fall under Forced Majeure, the Event Organizer (The Ski Shack Enterprises Inc.) will not be held responsible for reimbursements or other festival associated costs.*
