    Dear Parents/Guardians,

    We are thankful that you have chosen Hunting Park Christian Academy for your child(ren)! Below you will find the re-registration form for the 2026-2027 school year. The information below includes a re-registration timeline and fee schedule, a note about our chaperone policy, and a few requests for permission/release. We are happy to announce that for the 13th straight year our registration fees will remain the same! For the first time in 7 years, the parent portion of tuition has increased, but only by $10 per month per child.

    ***This year, we are also happy to provide support to anyone seeking assistance to complete these online forms. Please call the Main Office (267-331-8002) to schedule a day and time.***

  • Timeline and Terms of Agreement

  • Parent Volunteers and Chaperones

  • “According to state laws enacted for August of 2015, parent chaperones are now required to get clearances before being allowed to chaperone a field trip. These clearances are good for 5 years. If a parent has resided in Pennsylvania for 10 consecutive years, only the criminal and child abuse clearances are required and they are free. If a parent lived in a different state during that time, an FBI Clearance with fingerprints is required and will cost $20-30. Parents who would like to chaperone trips can apply for the certifications in the office or at home, and they must be submitted to the main office prior to parent participation on any trip.”*
  • Request for Permission and Release - Photos and Videos

  • Occasionally, Hunting Park Christian Academy may take photographs/videos in classrooms for use in art projects, room displays, the school newsletter, brochures and promotional materials. This permission will remain in effect until the full consent is withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the school in writing.

Please include both primary and secondary parents. You may use this form for all enrolled children or submit separate forms if you have different contacts or permissions for each child (Go to contacts.hpcaphilly.org).
