Barista – Before Ten Café

Before Ten Café is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused Barista to join our team. If you’re passionate about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Overview
As a Barista at Before Ten Café, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering warm, attentive service. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in consistency, efficiency, and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages to Before Ten Café standards
Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to every guest
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café area
Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Work collaboratively with teammates and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications

Previous barista or coffee experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
