Home Shop Policy (Memento Mori Tattoo Studio in Walkerton, IN)
- Appointments start at 12pm est unless stated otherwise. If you arrive to your appointment over 20 minutes late with no call or text, your session is subject to cancellation with no refund.
- Appointment minimum for a session is $100.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit (deducted from your session's final cost) is required to secure your time. You will be sent payment methods through Paypal, Cash App, or Venmo to cover this cost if your appointment is accepted. Tattoos are charged at a rate of $125/hr for machine run time or priced at a flat rate, but a general quote will be given based on time estimates.
- If your appointment is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time, you forfeit the deposit being transferred towards your next scheduled appointment. Before the 72 hour deadline, deposits may only be honored for one rescheduled session. This rescheduled appointment must be confirmed within a week following the cancellation to keep your current deposit.
- Clients who no-call, no-show for appointments are subject to being blacklisted from future bookings.
- AI is not welcome in the design process. AI generated designs or inspiration may be disregarded, and clients adament about the use of AI generated designs may be blacklisted.
- Custom tattoo designs are illustrated the week of a scheduled appointment and generally are not finished until the time of the appointment to include clients in the design process face-to-face. Design progress photos may be witheld before the appointment to prevent theft/transfer to other tattoo artists.
Touchup Policy
Touchups are done free of charge if booked within 90 days of the original appointment.
Touchups scheduled 90 days after the original appointment are charged $50 if the appointment stays within 20 minutes machine run time. However, appointments going over the 20 minutes machine run time will be charged a $100 flat rate.
Any touchups done at guest spots/travel appointments are subject to a $100 tattoo minimum to cover travel expenses/shop cuts.
