GUESTS:to minimize distractions and due to safety and liability concerns, there will be no guests allowed in the procedure area. It’s recommended to come alone to your appointment or prepare for guests to wait in the seating area only. No unaccompanied children please
BOOKING FEES:All booking fees are nonrefundable no exceptions. Booking fees are non transferable between clients. If the client needs to reschedule their appointment at least 48 hour notice is required to do so.
In the event of a last minute cancellation (less than 48 hour notice given) you will forfeit your booking fee and a new booking fee must be placed in order to be rescheduled.
- If the client cancels the same day as the appointment
- If the client is late to the scheduled appointment by 15 minutes or more.
- if the client is a ‘no call-no show’
The appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee will be forfeited.
The client will be responsible for paying a new booking fee before a new appointment will be scheduled.
Booking fees will be paid at the time of booking after your appointment date and time has been selected with Jocelyn.
Booking fees will be paid by the payment apps below. When sending booking fees please state "PMU Booking Fee/ Your Last Name"
