Call for Theatre/Performing Arts Proposals

The Bath House Cultural Center seeks proposals for its 2026-2027 performing arts season. We are filling calendar slots from August, 2026-July, 2027.

Proposal Deadline: March 6, 2026

Proposals must be received by the deadline. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals must be submitted electronically through this form. You are able to save and return to this application if you do not wish to complete it all at once.

ELIGIBILITY

This call is open to performing art companies, cultural producers and/or individual performing art creators. Applicants who have outstanding contracts with the Office of Arts and Culture (OAC) that are not in compliance are not eligible.

RENTAL USE

Please be aware that there is a rental charge and other fees associated with usage of the Bath House Cultural Center. Rental rates and policies are available on our website HERE.

Scheduling Information

The Bath House Cultural Center is open Tuesday-Saturday. Sundays and Mondays are not available for load in or performances.

Please keep in mind that a typical performance run for a theatrical play is limited to three weeks for performances and one week of load-in/technical rehearsals.

For one-night concerts or dance performances, please let us know if you need any additional load-in or rehearsal time.

All production strikes will take place immediately following the final performance of the production. Additional time may be granted at the discretion of the BHCC Technical Director.
