BHDA would like to promote on social media including Facebook and Instagram by using pictures and videos taken from classes and performances. Not only is it good for growing the business, but parents also get to see what their child gets up to in class. In order to post these, permission from parents is needed.

Fees & Payment Policy

With every enrolment, parents and students agree to honour their financial commitment to Bianca Hayes Dance Academy (BHDA) and to pay all fees incurred. As a small business, BHDA relies on consistent cash flow, and we ask that all families adhere to the following terms and conditions.

• Fees are invoiced per term and must be paid within one week of receiving.
• If fees remain outstanding, the student will not be allowed to participate until full payment is received.
• If fees continue to remain unpaid, the account may be referred to a debt collection agency for further action. Any agency collection costs will be added to the outstanding balance. 

 

Enrolment Fee

• All new enrolments incur a $50 enrolment fee.
• This fee includes the choice of either a shortard or a crop top and shorts as part of the BHDA uniform.

 

Withdrawals, Transfers & Missed Classes

• In the case of a change of mind, students may request to transfer to another class, subject to availability and discussion with the BHDA team.
• If you choose not to transfer and withdraw from classes entirely, all classes attended must be paid for prior to leaving.
• No refunds or rebates are given for early withdrawal, missed classes, or change of mind.

 

Performances & Costumes

• All outstanding fees, including class and costume fees, must be paid in full prior to any production or performance.
• Students with outstanding balances will not be permitted to perform.

 

Class & Studio Policies

• Classes are closed to onlookers.
• Term 4 includes our end of year production. Students are also given opportunities to perform at external events throughout the year.
• For safety reasons, parents must collect students from the studio, not from the car park, at the conclusion of each class.
• Please be respectful of other tenants and members of the public by keeping noise to a minimum at all times.
• Students must arrive on time for class to ensure they do not miss warm up, which is essential for injury prevention.
