If you are a New Sponsor this year, we ask for a donation of $500 or more. Each year after, you'll have the opportunity to renew your sponorship.

The money we raise goes towards parade insurance, paying for the publicity materials, the cost that may arise for police presence and security with street closures, etc. Thank you so much for your consideration!

I agree that, by signing this form, I understand that I am participating in this event as a representative of a member of the Town of Speedway, and that my conduct while participating in this event is subject to the standards set forth by the Town of Speedway. I acknowledge the existence of risks in connection with this event and assume such risks, and agree to accept the responsibility of any injury sustained. By signing this waiver, I waive any and all demands, suits, actions, or claims of any kind whatsoever against the event committee, respective volunteers, agents or employees, for any and all losses, damages, claims, costs or charges of any kind suffered by entrant as a result, either direct or indirect, of anticipating and/or participating in the Speedway Hometown Parade being held on October 4, 2026.
