2026 Danforth East Arts Fair Food Vendor Registration Form

This form is for food vendors (i.e. restaurants) interested in participating in the September 19 & 20, 2026 Danforth East Arts Fair in East Lynn Park in Toronto, Ontario. Applications must be submitted by May 31, 2026. Review of applications and acceptance will be communicated by June 7, 2026. Full refunds will be issued to those we are unable to accept.

We are striving to make this a Zero Waste event where there is minimal to no packaging used (e.g., allow reusable travel mugs) and if necessary, using packaging that is accepted in Toronto's Green Bin (e.g., napkins, paper plates) and Blue Bin (e.g., glass bottles, aluminum cans) programs. Please describe how your company will help to meet this goal of being a Zero Waste event.*
