  • Conditions for paddle warranty outside of Malaysia

    • A $25 USD replacement fee is required to cover processing and shipping for addresses outside of Malaysia.

    • You agree to ship the return paddle to one of our facilities at your own expense. You must save & send the tracking number to support-asia@selkirk.com

    To be eligible for warranty coverage, paddles must feature an edge guard and have an MSRP of $99.99 or higher. If your model isn't in the dropdown, it may not meet these specific requirements.

  • What is covered:

    Selkirk's Asia Warranty is limited to edge guard manufacturing defects on Selkirk Sport, Selkirk Labs, and SLK paddles with an MSRP of $99.99 or more.

    Coverage expires six months after the original purchase date.

    This coverage does not apply to issues including, but not limited to: rattling, handle breaks, face cracks, loose or damaged end caps, normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence, misuse, user modification or unauthorized repair, chips to the top or sides of edgeless paddles, or the natural breakdown, fading, or wearing of graphics or textured surfaces over time.

    Warranty is available for manufacturing issues on paddles for six months from the purchase date. Please provide a receipt of your purchase below for verification from an authorized Selkirk dealer.

    Selkirk Sport holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our six month warranty. Selkirk Sport has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited six month warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our six month limited warranty.

  • What is covered:

    On Labs Project Boomstik, Selkirk's Asia Warranty also covers paddle face cracks.

  • Warranty Eligibility Requirement

    To be eligible for a warranty claim in your region, a paddle must feature an edge guard AND have an MSRP of $99.99 or more. The paddle series you have selected is an edgeless design or does not meet the requirement of $99.99 or more for a warranty claim.

  • Issue Not Covered Under Warranty

    Our current warranty program only covers manufacturing defects specifically related to the paddle edge guard. Because your reported issue does not involve the edge guard, it does not meet the requirements for a replacement claim. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Issue Example

    Loose Edgeguard

    This is when the edgeguard around the paddle face is able to be pulled away from the paddle face surface. You may experience a change in how the paddles sounds and/or plays.


    Paddle Face Cracking

    A visible crack in the middle of the paddle face. The center of the paddle is considered the area 1 inch from the edge guard towards the center of the paddle’s face. Cracks can vary from hairline cracks that are visible to raised cracks that are long in length.

    Loose Edgeguard

    A loose edge guard is when the black border around the paddle face is able to be pulled away from the paddle face surface. You may experience a change in how the paddles sounds and/or plays.

Providing photos will help to avoid the delayed processing times outlined below.

    Processing Time

    Please plan for approximately 2-3 weeks turnaround time. In other words, from the time you ship the paddle to our facility, you should receive a replacement paddle within 3 weeks if your warranty claim is approved.

    Once your warranty claim has been submitted, an evaluator will follow up within 3-5 business days with additional instructions regarding shipping your paddle.

    Once we receive your paddle, we will review it. If your warranty claim is approved, your replacement paddle will ship ASAP.
