I understand that I am enrolling in a professional permanent makeup training program offered by Browhaus Academy, which includes foundational education in permanent makeup techniques and theory.

The standard tuition for this program is as follows:

Permanent Makeup Fundamentals Course: $6,200
Microblading Add-On (stand-alone value): $2,500

PAYMENT TERMS
I understand and agree to the following payment structure:

Non-Refundable Deposit Due at Enrollment: $1,000
Remaining Balance: $4,200
Balance Due: One (1) week prior to the course start date
I acknowledge that:

The $1,000 deposit secures my seat in the course
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of my seat without refund

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand and agree that:

All deposits are non-refundable
Tuition is non-transferable
Missed classes, modules, or training days do not qualify for refunds
Withdrawal from the course does not release me from financial responsibility
Browhaus Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course if necessary. In such cases, students may be offered a rescheduled date or credit at the Academy’s discretion.

LICENSING & NO GUARANTEE DISCLOSURE
I acknowledge that:

Completion of this course does not guarantee licensure, certification, income, or employment
Permanent makeup regulations vary by state and local jurisdiction
It is my responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable laws and Board of Health requirements
