    Thank you for entering the fourth annual Miss Georgia Blue Jean pageant being held Sunday April 19th, 2026 at Howard Coffin Park Gym in Brunswick, GA! Please read all the details on Facebook/website for information on the event. Please do not submit this form until you are ready to pay a deposit of $40 towards your entry fee! The deadline is April 10th or until the spots are full! There are 10 spots in each age group, once a group is full there will be a waitlist. A $40 deposit is required to hold your spot. ALL fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, NO exceptions!

    Natural/Semi Glitz

    Beauty Only for Baby-Ms. in provided MGBJ tshirt & Jeans

    No makeup for ages 0-6 years, no tanning, no lashes, or hair pieces. Light makeup is allowed for 7-9 (see H&M for rules). Age-appropriate makeup for ages 10+, can have tanning and lashes. Open to Georgia & Northern Florida.

    You may decarote your jeans, there is NO score on jeans themselves. 

    ALL NEW AGE QUEENS & HOSPITALITY QUEENS must stay/return for photos across from the venue at 4/4:30pm on pageant day, NO exceptions. These are the photos we will use for the entire year!

    Junior Miss Georgia Blue Jean 13-14 years 

    Teen Miss Georgia Blue Jean 15-16 years

    Miss Georgia Blue Jean 17-21 years

    Ms. Georgia Blue Jean 22+ (Married, Single, With or

    Without Children)

    Entry Fees:

    $75 entry until March 10th then $95 until April 10th, including beauty, side awards of Prettiest Hair, Smile, Dress, Best Personality, and Best Jeans, MGBJ Medal, and a Positive Pageantry award.

    $70 Sibling Entry including side awards of Prettiest Hair, Smile, Dress, Best Personality, and Best Jeans, MGBJ Medal, and a Positive Pageantry award. *First contestant is the full price, the second, etc sibling is the discounted entry fee! 

    $10 Optional Photogenic (1 photo), additional photos $5 each

    People's Choice $1=1 Vote

    Admission: $5 Cash at Door

    Each contestant will be REQUIRED to bring ONE Item from the wishlist to be donated to the local animal shelters. 

    They will receive a full 10 points on their score sheet for turning in one item at registration. The contestant who brings the most items in the 0-9 & 10+ breakdown will be crowned Hospitality Queen and receive a crown & sash.

    1 Packaged Item=1 point

    -CANNED Dog or Cat food (in date) NO BAGS

    -Dog Toys or Cat Toys

    -Paper towels

    -Clorox wipes

    -Dawn dish soap

    -Windex

    -Leashes, harness, and collars

  • Tshirt Size

    T-shirts are included in the entry fee price, they are colored on the front with the MGBJ logo. If you want to buy tshirts for family members please see link posted in the Facebook event page, this is ONLY for the contestant. These are unsex cut and 100% cotton. You can tuck the shirt or place a bow on it if it is big. No extras will be available so please plan size accordingly!
