AGM ALTERNATE DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM
Voting Members in good standing are entitled to vote, via their selected Delegates, at the March 7th, 2026 Manitoba Major Soccer League Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Delegates initially registered according to the team registration forms, may be replaced if the initial Delegate is unable to attend the AGM. Each team carries one (1) vote. If you are registered in both indoor and outdoor your team is still only allowed one (1) vote. As such one of the two Official Representatives, as named on the 2025 Team Registration Application, must complete, sign and submit this form by 9:00 a. m. on March 5th, 2026 in order for an Alternate Delegate to be eligible to vote at the AGM.
