Arrangements surrounding memorial services can change, and everything is handled with care and flexibility. Details can be confirmed when convenient.

NOTE:

Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on event requirements. Additional time may be needed where music is provided across multiple parts of the day.

Wedding ceremonies usually use a minimal acoustic setup suited to the service, while reception performances require a larger setup and additional preparation time.

Song requests are welcome for key moments such as the ceremony entrance, signing, exit, or bridal waltz. Reception music is otherwise performed from my regular repertoire to maintain a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the event.

Providing music for both the ceremony and reception is often possible, depending on location, timing, and event flow. These details can be discussed in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly and suits your day.

If there are any last-minute timing changes on the day, please contact me via text message, as I may be travelling to the venue and unable to see emails or other messages while on the road.

 

NOTE:

Setting up is between 30-60 mins for a normal set up. 
This would be extended if for example performance is required for the whole wedding.

You’re welcome to request pre-arrainged songs for special moments like your ceremony entrance, signing, exit, or bridal waltz. This is required before the event.  For reception sets, music is performed from my regular repertoire to keep the flow of the event relaxed and enjoyable.
