📌 Season Commitment & Opt-Out Policy

• Enrollment covers March-May
• If you wish to opt out, you must notify us during the May opt-out window.
• If no opt-out notice is given, your athlete will remain enrolled through the end of the season.
• If you choose to withdraw before May, a $35 drop fee will apply to help cover changes needed for choreography changes!

💳 Tuition & Payment Info

• A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times.
• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
• Charges will appear in your Parent Portal 7 days before the due date.
• Autopay runs the Friday before the 1st.
• Payments not received by the 3rd will incur a $10 late fee.
• If payment is still not received by your child’s first class after the 3rd, they will not be allowed to participate until the balance is cleared. Tuition will still be owed for that month.

🚫 Refunds & Missed Classes

• Registration fees and monthly tuition are non-refundable.
• We do not offer pro-rated tuition for missed classes or early withdrawals.

📌 Compromiso de Temporada y Política de Cancelación

• La inscripción cubre desde marzo hasta mayo.
• Si desea cancelar, debe notificarnos durante el período de cancelación en mayo.
• Si no se recibe notificación, su atleta permanecerá inscrito hasta el final de la temporada.
• Si decide retirarse antes de mayo, se aplicará una tarifa de cancelación de $35 para cubrir los ajustes necesarios en la coreografía.

💳 Información de Matrícula y Pagos

• Se debe mantener una tarjeta de crédito o débito válida archivada en todo momento.
• La matrícula vence el día 1 de cada mes.
• Los cargos aparecerán en su Portal para Padres 7 días antes de la fecha de vencimiento.
• El pago automático se procesa el viernes anterior al día 1.
• Los pagos no recibidos antes del día 3 tendrán un recargo de $10 por pago tardío.
• Si el pago no se ha recibido antes de la primera clase de su hijo después del día 3, no se le permitirá participar hasta que se salde el balance. La matrícula de ese mes seguirá siendo exigible.

By enrolling your student-athlete in at Blackout Xtreme All Stars, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

💳 Credit Card Authorization

As the cardholder, I authorize Blackout Xtreme All Stars to process charges to my credit card for tuition and any fees outlined in the Parent Handbook. I confirm that all billing details provided are accurate and complete.

• Recurring payments will continue monthly through May unless canceled.
• To cancel, notice must be given at least 4 days before the billing date.
• If a manual payment is submitted at least 2 days prior to the scheduled autopay, the automatic charge for that month will be canceled.

•Withdrawal Must Be Done 3days before new months tuition after will result in a $35 drop fee
• Any chargeback fees will be the responsibility of the cardholder unless all cancellation rules were properly followed.

📅 Tuition Rates

Tuition varies depending on the number of weeks/classes offered each month:

• One class per week
• 4 classes/month → $60
• 5 classes/month → $75

🚨 Emergency Cancellations

Tuition includes up to 2 emergency cancellation days per season (e.g., weather closures, coach emergencies).

• No makeup classes are required for these two days.
• If more than two cancellations occur, a credit will be applied to your account for the additional missed classes.

By enrolling your athlete, you acknowledge and accept the risks of injury associated with participation in sports activities. You agree to release and hold harmless the organization, its staff, and volunteers from any liability resulting from injuries sustained during training or events.
