MANITOBA MAJOR SOCCER LEAGUE AGM - DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM
Voting Members in good standing are entitled to vote, via their selected Delegate, at the March 7th, 2026 Manitoba Major Soccer League Annual General Meeting (AGM). Each team carries one (1) vote. If you are registered in both indoor and outdoor your team is still only allowed one (1) vote. As such one of the two Official Representatives, as named on the 2025 Team Registration Application, must complete, sign and submit this form by 5:00 pm. on February 27th, 2026 in order for the Delegate to be eligible to vote at the AGM.
