Eligibility Criteria for GYAAN SETU
✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant professional, industry, consulting, coaching, facilitation, or training experience

✅ Demonstrated expertise and practical experience in the applicant's area of specialization

✅ Relevant professional certifications, accreditations, qualifications, or recognitions (preferred)

✅ Proven track record of conducting training programs, workshops, seminars, masterclasses, coaching engagements, or facilitation assignments

✅ Experience working with corporates, educational institutions, professional associations, community organizations, or industry bodies (preferred)

✅ Ability to effectively deliver engaging learning experiences in both online and offline formats

✅ Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or regional languages will be an added advantage

✅ Strong communication, presentation, and audience engagement skills

✅ Alignment with the vision, values, and professional standards of Grohair JITO Centre for Excellence (CFE)

Final onboarding to GYAAN SETU shall be based on evaluation of experience, expertise, credentials, training impact, and overall alignment with the objectives of the platform.
