  • Transporting Your Bike

    We offer a bike transport service for riders based in the UK/London. For no extra fee, you may wish to include your bike on this service. Once you have registered, we will contact you to request your bike's details (colour, size, serial number, etc). Please indicate below whether you would like us to transport your bike, or whether you will transport it yourself.

  • IMPORTANT: If you are transporting your bike yourself, please note there will be an additional charge, due to limited space in our support van during the trip. Therefore we are arranging for a courier to transport all bicycle cases from Nice to Montpellier prior to the start of the ride.

  • Essential Information Required for Transporting Bikes

    Please take care to ensure the information you provide is correct. This information will be used to form a piece of customs documentation that allows us to transport your bicycle in and out of the EU.

  • Participants using Adventure Cafe's bicycle transfer service do so at their own risk. While we endeavour to be as careful as possible when handling participant bikes, Adventure Cafe takes no responsibility or liability for any bicycles damaged during handling or transit.

    If you are concerned about your bike being scratched or damaged whilst in transit, it is your responsibility to protect it sufficiently for the journey (using insulation, pipe lagging or bubblewrap for example).

  • Our One More City exclusively designed Jersey will once again be produced by Rapha - every rider will receive a Jersey as part of their One More City event package. 

    The product is a Rapha Rouler Jersey in Women's and Men's variations. 

    This is a new product for Rapha, and our 2025 One More City Jersey was the first Rouler fit Jersey to be produced. 

    Our 2025 riders found the Jersey to be a different fit to their usual chosen Rapha size, and as such, we strongly recommend you choose a size UP from your usual Rapha Pro Team Jersey size. 

    Further One More City collection accessories will be available to purchase online via Rapha.cc prior to the event.
