To apply for a food or drink producer stall, your business must be based in the South West of England.
We have a limited number of food & drink producer stands available and we will inform you soon after the deadline if you have been successful. We will then send the Acceptance Form and payment details. We require full payment by the 1st May to reserve your stand. Just like in 2025, we will ensure a good mix of stands.
If you plan to cook on your stall or sell hot food to be consumed on site, including barista coffee traders, you should apply for a STREET FOOD Pitch. Do not use this form. Instead please use our Street Food Vendor Application Form. Applications from street food traders on this form will not be considered.
Please complete this application form by 31st March.
