From food & beverage to tech, fit-out to guest experience, these awards recognise practical contributions that help hospitality businesses operate, adapt and thrive. Alongside our company awards, the special Hospitality Hero honour shines a spotlight on standout individuals making a real impact in the industry.

Celebrating the most visually impactful and creatively executed stand design at the show, combining innovation, functionality and brand presence.

2. HEX New Product of the Year

Recognising the most innovative new product or service making a real impact in the hospitality sector. Whether it’s food and beverage, technology, sustainability, design, or operations, this award celebrates stand-out solutions launched in the past year.

3. HEX Hospitality Tech Innovation of the Year

Celebrating outstanding technology that’s transforming hospitality operations, enhancing guest experiences, or driving smarter business performance. Open to platforms, tools or systems making a measurable difference on the ground.

4. HEX Sustainability Impact Award

Recognising companies driving real-world sustainability in hospitality, from energy and water to waste, sourcing, packaging, and materials. This award honours measurable impact, not just policy or promise.

5. HEX Food & Beverage Excellence Award

Recognising innovation in food and drink that enhances quality, consistency, efficiency or service in hospitality. Typical entrants: food and beverage producers, kitchen tech, prep systems, delivery and service solutions.

6. HEX Hospitality Design & Fit-Out Award

Recognising outstanding design, furniture, or spatial solutions that elevate functionality, aesthetics, and guest experience in hospitality settings. Typical entrants: interior designers, architects, furniture suppliers, fit-out specialists.

7. Hospitality Hero - Enter Individuals Name

We’re looking to celebrate the people at the heart of the industry - the doers, the innovators, the leaders. Nominate someone who has made a genuine impact in hospitality, whether through exceptional service, leadership, creativity, sustainability, or positive change. A select panel of our special guests will review all submissions and, based on the stories shared, and choose a winner to be honoured at the event.
