I have read the Emerald Belle Constitution and all tryout information and understand all the requirements for participation in the drill team. I also understand the dedication and time it takes to be involved in the Emerald Belles. I intend to devote the time needed to make the drill team a success if I am selected. I understand that the decisions of the judges are final.

Our daughter has permission to tryout for the Carroll Emerald Belles Varsity and/or Junior Varsity teams for the 2025-2026 school year. We have read the Emerald Belle Constitution and all tryout information, and we will assist in every way to see that these rules and policies are upheld should our daughter make the team.

We understand that the financial obligations must be met as set forth in the tryout packet. We also understand that the school and/or director assume no responsibility for accident or injury that might occur during any drill team activity. I am satisfied with the high standards set forth to govern this organization. I understand that it is a privilege and not a right to be chosen to the membership of this group. I also understand that not everyone can be chosen. I further understand the tryout procedures and how the Emerald Belles are selected. I will agree to abide by the decision of the judges and I will agree that all decisions are final.

Constitution Agreement Form
Please read over the constitution carefully. I would suggest that you download a copy (you must be on a tablet or computer for that option to show up) for you to have in the future. It is our main governing item and each Belle is exprected to uphold all requirements set forth.
