  • SERVICES PROVIDED

  • 502 Towing and Recovery agrees to provide towing and impound services for unauthorized vehicles parked on the Property listed above. These services include:
    • Removal of vehicles parked in violation of posted signage or community rules.
    • Secure impoundment and documentation of all towed vehicles.
    • Timely notification to law enforcement and vehicle owners in accordance with the law.
  • If Patrol is selected, the following may also apply:
    • Violation Stickers: 48-hour notice stickers will be placed on non-immediate violations before towing.
    • Third-Party Authorization: The Property Owner may assign J&E; Authorization LLC to verify and authorize tows on their behalf.
  • TOWING CONDITIONS

  • Immediate Tow (No Warning Required):
    • Double Parking
    • No Parking Zone
    • Fire Lane
    • Commercial Vehicles (Box Trucks / Semis)
    • No License Plate
    • Altered or Fake Temporary Tag
    • Stolen Registration Sticker
    • Handicap Violations
    • Parking on Grass or Curb
    • Blocking Dumpster
    • No Parking Permit / Altered Permit
    • Guest in Resident Space
    • For-Sale or Business Vehicles
    • Blocking Access or Mailboxes
    • Oversized / Unauthorized Vehicles
    • Unregistered / No Tags
  • 48-Hour Warning Required Before Tow:
    • Expired Registration
    • Inoperable / Wrecked Vehicle
    • Leaking Fluids / Environmental Hazard
    • Abandoned Vehicle (flat tires, broken windows, excessive dust, etc.)
  • EXCEPTIONS TO TOWING

  • The Property Owner/Manager may specify below any violations listed in the "Towing Conditions" section for which they do not want towing services performed. These exceptions will override the standard towing conditions for the property.
  • TOWING FEES

  • IMPOUND LOCATION

  • All vehicles will be stored at 502 Towing and Recovery's secured facility located at 464 Bells Mill Rd or an alternate authorized location.
  • TERM OF AGREEMENT

  • This Agreement shall remain in effect for one (1) year from the effective date and will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated in writing by either party with no less than 30 days' notice prior to the end of the current term, and termination will not be allowed during the first 12 months unless for cause. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months following its termination or expiration for any reason, the Property Owner/Manager agrees not to enter into any agreement with, or authorize, permit, or engage the services of, any other towing or impound company for the property(ies) covered under this Agreement, except with the prior written consent of 502 Towing and Recovery, with this restriction applying solely to towing and impound services and not to unrelated services.
  • GOVERNING LAW

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.

  • This Addendum is attached to and made part of the Towing & Parking Compliance Agreement (the "Agreement") between 502 Towing & Recovery and the undersigned Property Owner/Agent. All properties listed below are governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
