Before 31st August 2026, all refund requests are subject to a £75 administration fee (PLUS card processing fees). We will refund you by payment method minus the £75 plus card payment processing fees. Please provide a doctor note or letter of extenuating circumstances for requesting a refund.

After 01st September 2026 we will consider your request for a refund; however, this is not guaranteed and will only be granted in extenuating circumstances. Examples include serious illness (not minor illness), bereavement, or hospital admission. Requests related to minor illness (e.g., cough or cold), technical issues, study leave issues, transport or childcare problems, or travel cancellations are not considered extenuating circumstances. Please provide appropriate supporting evidence with your request. Any refund granted after 01st September will be subject to a £150 fee.

Dinner tickets: general dinner choices must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be changed. This is due to fixed catering deadlines and costs. Any food swaps requested on the night will incur an additional charge, payable by the delegate.
