Eligible Project Costs
Grant funding may be applied to the following professional development and strategic support services contracted with an appropriately credentialed consultant:
- Financial Coaching: Professional assistance in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
- Marketing & Merchandising Coaching: Support for brand development, digital marketing strategy, customer engagement, and in-store merchandising.
- Business Process Optimization: Consultation on streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and adopting best practices.
- Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Coaching: Guidance on implementing EOS to improve business structure, team alignment, and operational efficiency.
- Technology & Digital Transformation: Support in adopting new business technologies to improve productivity and customer experience.
