ALL participating restaurants keep 100% of sales during the event week, this one-time registration is donating to a local nonprofit while you are being promoted across the city and state. Please note: Whatever is submitted will be promoted from us (photos, logos, menus, etc). Please be detailed and provide everything possible for us to promote you well! REGISTRATION TO PARTICIPATE ENDS AUGUST 31, 2026. ****We require ALL registered restaurants to submit their specials knowing you are able to make minor tweaks closer to the event, please provide those details in your submission so we can market your offerings!****

By signing up for Waco Restaurant Week, I promise to provide clear communication to the WRW team, train and educate my staff PRIOR TO THE EVENT so they don't look clueless to patrons who come in, and promote on my end as well. *We provide staff handouts for training, but it is up to you to educate/tell your staff about the event. Please tell your staff, we run into this issue each year**
