GENERAL INFORMATION:
All information requested on the Application form is confidential.
All information requested is required for the successful completion of the application for admission to the CCS Program (OOP). An email address is required for all applicants to communicate with the CCS Program.
Applications for all CCS courses are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as space is available.
Fees are fully refundable upon written request until two weeks prior to the start of each course.
The CCS Course will acknowledge receipt of applications by e-mail. Detailed information about classes will be provided by email prior to the start of the student’s course. No book purchases are required.

TUITION:
Out-of-Pocket Enrollment
$350 | 30-Hour CCS Course + Certificate of Completion
Students who wish to enroll independently may do so by submitting an out-of-pocket payment at the time of application. This one-time fee of $350 grants full access to the 30-hour CCS curriculum, including all instructional materials and the official Certificate of Completion upon successfully finishing the course. This option is ideal for students seeking immediate enrollment without third-party funding or eligibility constraints.
Workforce Grant Option (RRWI)
For Eligible Persons working and/or residing in East Baton Rouge Parish
Prospective students who are currently employed in East Baton Rouge Parish may qualify for tuition coverage through a workforce development grant provided by RRWI. This funding option supports eligible participants by covering the cost of the CCS course in full.
Please note: RRWI-funded applicants must apply directly through the RRWI portal. Applications submitted on this site will not be considered for grant-based enrollment. Only 20 scholarships are available for 2026, with limited availability.

Overview
This course is focused on preparing you to meet the standards for the IC&RC Clinical Supervisor credential, which focuses on counselor supervision, ethical responsibilities, and workforce development.
