Exhibitor Interest Form - Presence Conference

Presence Conference welcomes ministry schools, programs, and organizations that help students explore God’s call into full-time ministry. This year, exhibitors will not be charged a booth fee. In lieu of a fee, exhibitors are expected to actively assist with conference operations, including setup, tear-down, and other assigned support roles outside of booth hours.

This form is to be completed by a school or ministry representative to express interest in exhibiting and to provide an estimated number of students attending. Individual students planning to attend and serve will complete a separate volunteer registration.

Submission of this form does not guarantee exhibitor approval. All exhibitors will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the purpose and focus of Presence Conference.

Important Note for Exhibitors

This form is submitted by a school or organization representative only and does not register individual students.

Once your exhibitor participation is approved, each student attending or serving with your organization will be required to complete a separate Volunteer Registration form. This allows us to collect arrival times, availability, and assignments for each individual.

Presence Conference is a one-day event. Volunteers are needed beginning at 8:00 AM on Saturday. Exhibitor booth setup may begin at 8:00 AM, and must be completed by 9:00 AM. Group check-in opens at 9:30 AM, with the conference beginning at 10:00 AM.

Local exhibitors may also have the opportunity to assist with setup on Friday evening. Additional details will be shared upon approval.
